This project had the main purpose of providing suggestions for how to maintain your health. To maintain good health, the first step is to learn what you can do. In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We looked at many ways that people attempt to improve their health. Finally, we came up with some tips that would help us stay healthier and happier.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many activities that you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
